  • Returns must include a receipt or proof of purchase from Scottish Kilts Hub.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Non-returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made kilts and accessories.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food products, flowers).
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, sanitary goods).

Refunds

  • After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
